Melissa Brown has excelled in the hospitality industry, leveraging her skills to transform residential units into successful Airbnb rentals. Since purchasing their commercial building, Melissa has converted three of the units into Airbnbs, nearly doubling the rents, and maintained Superhost status for three consecutive years. Her attention to detail, commitment to excellent service, and ability to create welcoming environments will be invaluable in overseeing operations at Life Spa Resort on a larger scale.

With over 25 years of experience in management, Melissa has successfully managed several companies, including her own. Her extensive background in leadership and operations provides her with the expertise needed to ensure the highest standards of guest service and hospitality at Life Spa Resort.
